This modern and cozy cabin is located on Deer Lake with easy access to our public beach and many complimentary amenities. This Cottage is perfect for a couple who love to spend time on the water. This comfortable cabin boasts an open concept front room/kitchen, with a beautiful island bar, complete with a charcoal grill, and private fire pit.
Enjoy your time with loved one watching the clouds go by on your custom wraparound porch, while you soak in your view of the stunning Deer Lake. Although this cabin does not have its own private dock your are just a short stroll to our community fishing docks, playground, or simply make your way over to the beach area and bury your toes in the sand while basking in the East Texas sunshine.

Standard Check-in time between 3:00 pm & 5:00 pm
Standard Check-out time before 11:00 am.

Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are provided on all Deposits when cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival. Deposits are not refunded if reservation is cancelled with less than 45 days notice prior to arrival.
If reservation is cancelled with less than 14 days notice prior to arrival, you will still be responsible for the reservations full amount.
Occupancy Rules
We follow strict occupancy limits on all of our cabins. Each Cabin has a listed occupancy limit on its description on this website. Any guest 2 years of age and older count towards the cabin occupancy.
